Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made to PRATHAMLIFTS, operated by Prathamesh Ahire, Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

1. Discovery call booking fee

The booking fee secures your discovery call. It is non-refundable once the call has taken place. If we cancel the call, or you were charged in error, we will refund it in full.

2. Coaching program

Program fees are quoted individually and confirmed to you in writing before you pay. The refund terms for the program, including any cancellation window after your first payment and our money-back guarantee, are shared with you in writing before you enroll, and they apply to your enrollment. If you cancel within the cancellation window, a deduction may apply for access and materials already provided. After the window, payments are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee, which applies only after full payment and the start of the program.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at coach.prathamlifts@gmail.com with your name, the email or phone number you used to pay, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days.
